The Asia Cup 2023 is just around the corner, and cricket fans all over Asia are eagerly awaiting the start of the tournament. The biggest cricket tournament in Asia will be held from August 30 to September 17, 2023, in Pakistan and Sri Lanka as ACC (Asian Cricket Council) has already decided to let Pakistan host this tournament. Six teams will compete for the title: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal.

Format of Asia Cup 2023

The Asia Cup is a cricket tournament that is played every two years, alternating between T20I and ODI formats. The 2023 Asia Cup will be played in the ODI format, with all six qualified teams competing in a round-robin group stage. The top two teams from the group stage will then progress to the Super 4 round, where they will play each other once more. The top two teams from the Super 4 round will then play in the final match for the title.

Asia Cup 2023 Venue
